Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

How to start a return:
Email us at adhesiveeyeliner@gmail.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Important:
We cannot accept returns of products that appear used or altered.
