SHIPPING POLICY
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 15-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from FEDEX to the local carrier in your country, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by FEDEX and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

- WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
The delivery time is estimated from the date on which the payment is confirmed. Normally we forward order on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The shipping is calculated automatically for any purchase made within the national territory. The term we provide for delivery of the product is 30 (thirty) working days. - HOW IS THE PRODUCT TRACKED?
The tracking code will be sent to the customer immediately after confirmation of payment and will be sent to the registered e-mail address at the time of purchase. The tracking system will depend on the shipping form, if the form will be used through the postal service.
